The Russian jet, flying
close to the Turkish border, has been shot from air and it had its signal
switched off and taken off all items that serve for identification- all things
unfortunately not being portrayed in German and Western media properly! Instead
of this, it was said Turkey crazily overreacted while them violate the Greek
border constantly. Just to find out again, that there are disputes about the
border line anyway.
Referring that incident it
is worth to mention that I have learned that Putin likes to provoke anyway.
Even though, in many ways, I am on his side, it is a matter of fact he touches
European countries borders and when Merkel was in Moscow he let his dog come
in, although he definitely knew she was afraid about dogs.
Then Turkey received
sanctions from Russia, but Erdogan refused to apologize for month. The Turkish
could not sell fruits and vegetables to Russia any longer and many tourists
from Russia were missing on the Turkish Black Sea. Nonetheless, Erdogan valued
his principles and pride higher than financial advantages.
Additionally, Russia says,
it has evidences concerning Turkish support of ISIS , shows videos of long
lines of oil trucks heading, as they claim, towards Turkey who buys it, and
even worse, all under the coordination and responsibility of Erdogan. Erdogan
responded that if there was any evidence they should bring it forward and you
would resign.
Willy Wimmer, a former MP
and familiar with the relevant agencies, on the other hands claims that the
United States would have shot the Russian fighter from air and by the help of
an AWAKS clearance jet, coming from Saudi Arabia, observing that territory and
showing US fighters the way. They, according to him, were behind the failed cup
on July 15 in 2016 too! Both just to give Erdogan the clear message that he
should not be too close with Russia that by the western world, was sanctioned
nor should play hard ball against the West.
